Below are the details of our shipping policy: Processing Time Orders are processed within 12-48 hours after purchase. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via the email used to place your order. Delivery Time Delivery times vary based on the destination country and state. Orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be canceled once placed as they are processed immediately. For subscription orders, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Subscription orders cannot be canceled once they have been billed and processed for shipment. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, including wrong addresses or missing apartment numbers. If an order has an incomplete address, our customer support team will guide you on how to retrieve your item from your local post office. Shipping Protection If you purchased shipping protection and your order is lost in transit, we will reship it for you. Orders held at your local post office for retrieval are not eligible for reshipment. We are not liable for stolen packages. Promotions and Reshipments If your subscription order included a promotional offer such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free, any reshipments will NOT include the free item or additional promotional items.
